Data creation flow

1.About data

There are four types of original data.

  • Judge
  • Major item
  • Timetable
  • Judgment sheets

2.Create Judge data

First, create the judge data.

  • Column A Group : Enter the group using only 1 letter. This data islinked to the judge in the timetable.
  • Column B No. : Enter the judge number.
  • Column C Judge : Enter the name of the judge. It must match the judge number.
  • Column D Terminal : Enter terminals in sequential order. The upper limit of the case where only one can be used in the trial version is 1, the upper limit is 22 when it can be used up to 22 in the regular version. Accounts will be automatically associated with the judge in the management screen after logging in.

3.Judge data saved as “CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) (* .csv)” from “File”-> “Save As”

4.Click “OK”

5.Ignore the yellow display, and quit Excel

6.Open the output data in Notepad

7.Check if comma-separated data is available

8.Create Major item

Next, create a major item.

  • Column A number:Enter the number of major item. This is linked to major item of the judge paper.
  • Column B major_item:Enter the major item of the judging.
  • Column C award:Enter the award that link to major items of the judging. If you don’t need a award, you can leave it blank.

9.Save major item data as “CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) (* .csv)” from “File”-> “Save As”

10.Click “OK”

11.Ignore the yellow display, and quit Excel

12.Open the output data in Notepad

13.Check if comma-separated data is available

14.Create Timetable data

Third, create a timetable.

  • Column A Number:Enter numbers in sequential order. No.1 must be the first competition. The intermediate breaks and awards ceremony can also be included.
  • Column B Category1:It is main division.The timetable of the summary account is a single section that combines Category1 and Subcategory1.
  • Column C Subcategory1:It is included in Category1. It can be blank.
  • Column D Category2:It is subdivision. The timetable of the summary account is a single section that combines Category2 and Subcategory2.
  • Column E Subcategory2:It is included in Category2. It can be blank.
  • Column F Name1:It is main name. The timetable of the summary account is a single name that combines Name1,Name2 and Name3.
  • Column G Name2:It is included in Name1. It can be blank.
  • Column H Name3:It is included in Name1. It can be blank.
  • Column I Time:Enter the starting time.
  • Column J Judge:Enter the group and name of the judges. This data is linked to the judge in the management screen. In addition, the management screen timetables will only show the rows exist this data.
  • Column K Interval:Enter the intervals.

15.Save timetable data as “CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) (* .csv)” from “File”-> “Save As”

16.Click “OK”

17.Ignore the yellow display, and quit Excel

18.Open the output data in Notepad

19.Check if comma-separated data is available

20.Create Judgment sheets data

Finally, create a judge sheet for each section. The following is an example of creating a judgment sheet for the “HIPHOP” section.

  • Column A major_item number:Enter the number of major item.Linked to major items. Multiple types of judgment sheets can be created, but the major item number must be common for all judge sheets. If there are two or more same major items, you must write the line continuously.
  • Column B item:Enter the item of thejudging.
  • Column C description:Enter the description of thejudging item.
  • Column D lowest:Enter the lowest point of thejudging.
  • Column E highest:Enter the highest point of thejudging.
  • Column F Rank limit:Enter the limited numberof all result view. If you don’t need a award, you can leave it blank.
  • Column G Grade:Enter the grade of grade view for all result. If you don’t need a award, you can leave it blank.
  • Column H Range %:Greater than or equal to this value corresponds to the grade of column G. If you don’t need a award, you can leave it blank.

21.Judge sheet data saved as “CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) (* .csv)” from “File”-> “Save As”

22.Click “OK”

23.Ignore the yellow display, and quit Excel

24.Open the output data in Notepad

25.Check if comma-separated data is available

26.Do 21-25 for each competition section
