Creating a certificate

1. Click “View Award CSV File” of All result and save the file

2. Create a certificate format in Microsoft Word

3. Click “Mailings”

4. Click “Step-by-Step Mail Merge Wizard”

5. Click “Next: Starting document”

6. Click “Next: Select recipients”

7. Click “Browse”

8. Read “View Award CSV File” of All result saved in 1

9. Click OK “Other encoding:” -> “Unicode(UTF-8)”

10. Check the data and click OK

11. Click “Insert Merge Field”

12. Click “Insert Merge Field” to insert “Section”

13. Click “Insert merge field” and insert “Rank_Grade”

14. Click “Insert merge field” and insert “Name”

15. Click “Insert merge field” and insert “Competition_name”

16. Click “Insert merge field” and insert “Organizer”

17. Click “Insert merge field” and insert “Holding_date”

18. Click “Insert merge field” and insert “Organizer”

19. Click “Insert merge field” and insert “Presenter”

20. Click “Edit Individual Documents” in “Finish & merge”

21. Select “All” and click OK

22. In a new document, 234 pieces of data are inserted in the following cases. If you want to use aliases for the ranking display, please set the Settings-> All Result-> Alias for the ranking display.
